Giuseppe Pesenti started his adventure within the PSE-Lab in 2015, to work on his master thesis: just a couple of years later, in 2017, he joined as a PhD student. On April 5, 2022, after four years of research activity under the supervision of Prof. Davide Manca, Giuseppe earned his PhD in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. The title of his PhD thesis is:
A physiologically-based pharmacokinetic model to improve and extend the clinical administration of drugs to patients with impaired renal function.
Besides the research activity, Giuseppe has been the tutor of Chemical Engineering courses “Strumentazione E Controllo Di Impianti Chimici” and “Process Systems Engineering” (how not to mention his acclaimed “PSE-Game”?) from 2018 to 2021, making himself unanimously appreciated by his students for his human qualities, especially kindness and availability.
