The modelling activities of a system, equipment, plant, process, human-body behavior, and training attitude are all based on functional use of methods and algorithms to finally quantify features, issues, and aspects of what is being investigated and studied. The target of these activities is understanding not only qualitatively but also quantitatively while providing answers and new perspectives.
